Digital Shark Studio – License Terms

1. Freelancer License – For individual use only. Single user; cannot be shared with a studio or company.

2. Studio License (1–5 Users) – For small studios; assets may be stored on company servers and used by up to 5 team members.

3. Studio License (6+ Users) – For larger studios; assets may be stored on company servers and used by 6 or more team members.

Intellectual property of all assets remains with Digital Shark Studio.

• Integrate assets into personal or commercial projects, including games, films, animations, and marketing content.

• Modify assets and create derivative works for your content.

• Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share raw assets.

• Do not remove proprietary notices or reverse engineer assets.

• Do not use assets for illegal, offensive, or AI training purposes.

Assets are provided “as-is.” Digital Shark Studio is not liable for damages resulting from use of the assets.

Digital Shark Studio retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the assets. You retain rights to the content you create using the assets, but no rights to the assets themselves are granted beyond this license.

Violation of these terms may result in license termination. Upon termination, all copies of the assets must be destroyed. Rights to content you created remain with you.
